Since stones can be heavy, shipping might be higher than what you are accustomed to. This is real shipping cost. We do not make any money on shipping and always refund any shipping overage. Please note that shipping fees also include eco-friendly packaging material cost. We ship parcels using Canada Post trustworthy services. Some packages come with an insurance and a tracking number and some don't. If you need them, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange something for you. We take great care to pack your crystals and stones carefully. We are not responsible for broken items during transportation, lost packages and tax imports. When buying from us, you agree with our shop policies.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we do accept return and refund within 7 days of receving your item, but the shipping cost are not refundable. If you mistakenly placed an order and would like to cancel, please request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

All items must be in original condition when we receive the package. Damaged items are not refundable. For personal hygiene reasons we are not able to accept retunr or refund for wearable items.
