Please note that shipping fees also include eco-friendly packaging material cost. We ship parcels using Canada Post trustworthy services. Some packages come with an insurance and a tracking number and some don't. If you need them, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange something for you. We take great care to pack your crystals and stones carefully. We are not responsible for broken items during transportation, lost packages and tax imports. When buying from us, you agree with our shop policies.
