Some packages come with an insurance and a tracking number and some don't. If you need them, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange something for you. We take great care to pack your crystals and stones carefully. We are not responsible for broken items during transportation, lost packages and tax imports. When buying from us, you agree with our shop policies.

All items must be in original condition when we receive the package. Damaged items are not refundable. For personal hygiene reasons we are not able to accept retunr or refund for wearable items.
