When you order, please allow us 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) to gently and carefully prepare your stones for you. Shipping is based on weight and size of packages as well as where you live. Since stones can be heavy, shipping might be higher than what you are accustomed to. This is real shipping cost. We do not make any money on shipping and always refund any shipping overage. Please note that shipping fees also include eco-friendly packaging material cost. We ship parcels using Canada Post trustworthy services. Some packages come with an insurance and a tracking number and some don't. If you need them, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange something for you. We take great care to pack your crystals and stones carefully. We are not responsible for broken items during transportation, lost packages and tax imports. When buying from us, you agree with our shop policies.
